📋 Our Service Packages
We offer three tiers of weekly pool maintenance to fit your needs and budget. All packages include our commitment to quality service and transparent communication.
Basic Service - $130/Month
Includes: Weekly brushing, skimming, basket emptying, chemical testing & dosing, and equipment check. Does not include vacuuming.
Standard Service - $190/Month
Includes: Everything in Basic service PLUS weekly vacuuming and filter backwashing.
Premium Service - $250/Month
Includes: Everything in Standard service PLUS periodic filter cleaning, AI pool monitoring, priority emergency service, and advanced pool reports.

Our standard pricing covers most residential pools up to 20,000 gallons. Larger pools require additional service:

💳 Payment Terms & Billing
How Payment Works
- Billing Date: Your credit card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of every month
- First Payment: Due upon service start-up, prorated for the remaining portion of the month
- Payment Method: Credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer (autopay required)
- Late Payments: A $25 fee applies to failed payments. Service may be suspended after 10 days
What's Included in Your Monthly Rate
- 4-5 weekly visits per month (we don't charge extra for 5-week months!)
- All basic chemicals for weekly balancing (chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity)
- Labor for all included services
- Equipment monitoring and minor adjustments
Additional Costs (Not Included)
- Major chemical treatments (shock, algaecide, phosphate removers, stabilizer)
- Equipment repairs and replacements
- Filter cleaning (except Premium service which includes 2 free per year)
- Drain and refill services
- Green pool recovery
- Acid washing
Important: All additional services and chemical costs are charged separately and will be communicated to you before any work is performed. We never surprise you with unexpected charges!
🧪 Initial Service Start-Up Requirements
For us to properly maintain your pool, certain chemistry levels must be within acceptable ranges. If your pool chemistry is outside these ranges at start-up, additional charges for chemicals and/or drain & refill may apply.

What if my chemistry is out of range?
• If CYA is above 100 PPM, a partial drain and refill will be required
• If Calcium Hardness is above 500 PPM, a partial drain and refill may be recommended
• Major chemical corrections will be quoted before proceeding
• All corrections are charged at cost + 20% for labor
📅 Service Schedule & Holidays
Regular Service Schedule
We service pools weekly on your assigned day (Monday - Friday). Your technician will arrive during your scheduled service window and will notify you via text when service begins and completes.
Holiday Schedule
We observe the following holidays with adjusted service:
No Service - Pool Closed:
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
Service Rescheduled:
• If your regular service day falls on a holiday, we'll service your pool either the day before or day after
• You'll be notified in advance
Weather-Related Service Interruptions
- Heavy Rain/Storms: Service may be rescheduled to the next available day for safety
- Tropical Storms/Hurricanes: Service suspended during the event; resumed as soon as safe
- Extreme Heat Advisories: Service times may be adjusted to early morning for technician safety
Important Note: We do not pro-rate or credit your monthly fee for holidays or weather events. This is balanced by not charging extra for 5-week months. Over the course of a year, you receive 48-52 services regardless of holidays.
📄 Contract Terms & Cancellation Policy
Contract Duration
- Month-to-Month Service: No long-term contract required
- Cancellation Notice: 30 days written notice required
- Final Billing: You'll be charged for the full month in which you cancel plus any outstanding balances
How to Cancel Service
To cancel your service, please:
- Email us at oceansidepoolservices@gmail.com with your cancellation request
- Include your name, address, and desired last service date (must be at least 30 days from notice)
- We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and provide your final billing details
Service Suspension (Temporary)
Need to pause service temporarily? We offer seasonal suspension options:
- Vacation Holds: Up to 4 weeks per year with 2 weeks' notice
- Winter Suspension: Available in colder months (contact us for details)
- Reactivation: 1-week notice required to restart service
Important: We cannot be held responsible for pool condition during suspension periods. Extended suspension may result in green pool recovery fees upon restart.
✅ Your Responsibilities as a Customer
To ensure we can provide you with excellent service, we ask that you:
Access & Safety
- Provide clear, unobstructed access to your pool area and equipment
- Ensure gates are unlocked on service days or provide gate codes/keys
- Secure pets that may interfere with service
- Maintain safe walking paths to pool area (no tripping hazards)
- Inform us of any changes to access codes or security systems
Equipment & Pool Care
- Maintain functional pool equipment in good working order
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or unusual pool conditions
- Do not add chemicals to your pool between service visits without consulting us first
- Keep pool filled to proper water level (mid-skimmer level)
- Clean out pump/filter after major storms if needed before we arrive
Communication
- Respond to our service notifications and reports
- Inform us of any pool parties, heavy usage, or unusual circumstances
- Update your contact information if it changes
- Notify us if you'll be selling your home or moving

Q: What if I need an extra service between regular visits?
A: Additional service visits can be scheduled for $75-$100 depending on the work needed. Premium customers receive priority emergency service.
Q: Can I change my service tier?
A: Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade with 2 weeks' notice. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Q: What if my pool turns green?
A: Green pool recovery is charged separately ($300-$600) and is not covered under weekly maintenance unless caused by our error.
Q: Do you provide a service report?
A: Yes! You'll receive a detailed report after each visit including chemical readings, work performed, and any recommendations.
Q: What if I'm not home during service?
A: That's perfectly fine! Most of our customers are not home. We'll text you when we arrive and complete service.
Q: Can I refer friends and family?
A: Absolutely! We offer a referral bonus - ask us for details!
